With COVID 19 in effect, all government regulations must be followed. We work with you on the best way to keep you and your guests safe.
How far do we travel?
We service what we call GLA (The Greater London Area), and surrounding areas. We are more than willing to go further. The first 50kms of any surrounding areas are free and after we charge $0.65/km.

When should you book?
We are currently booking for 2021, but do have limited openings for 2020. E-mail us and we will let you know if your date is available. We do give special rates for weekday and off- season rates. Keep in mind weekends are the most popular dates.
Is a deposit required?
A 35% deposit is required to secure your date.
How much does an event cost?
No event is the same so our prices will reflect what you require. For a free custom quote for your ideal event, just complete our form. If you would like a smaller intimate event, do not hesitate to email us at email@example.com. Reach out to us to see how you can be your guest at your event.

Do you need to get a Special Occasions Permit (SOP)?A Special Occasions Permit (SOP) is required when you are holding your event on public property, unfortunately The Traveling Tapster Ltd. does not offer services on public property.
When you are holding an event on a private property, a SOP is not required. We encourage you to visit https://www.agco.ca/alcohol/special-occasion-permits-private-event for more information.
What about insurance?
The Traveling Tapster Ltd. is insured. We have General Liability and Liquor Liability Insurance and all of our bartenders are Smart Service Certified. We also provide certified security if you require.
Do you sell alcohol?
The person hosting the event is responsible for purchasing the alcohol. We will help you order and even pick up and return before and after your event.
A contract must be signed between the Host and The Traveling Tapster Ltd.
